Need to get yahoo acct back after being hacked

Hi, I have not been able to access my original yahoo acct. removed by moderator@yahoo.com
since hacked 2 days ago. MSedge] keeps telling me to reload page or use another browser]. can not get into anything from edge. Microsoft wants to charge me 149.00 but do not have it. yet somehow my mail] is showing up under MS so I know it has not completely disappeared. unable to reset and security questions did not go thru either.
Does not look like yahoo is going to help, also checked all through their help suggestions all it does is send back to screen asking for email/phone number. maybe edge is problem of I don't know. Please help
