LENOVO G5030 BSOD

Hello,

Today morning my Win10 gave me BSOD and shutted down, when I try to turn laptop on, Power and Battery lights are on, but nothing else starts, not even a fan. I tried 30s power button trick with no battery, but still nothing.

Is it fried CPU/Motherboard?
