FN keys don't work

hello,
i format my laptop. so after it not working my FN keys.
as ou say go to toshida- too & utility. but there is nothing. why? what should i do.

Fn key won't turn off
At key - Guide
Foxfi key - Download - Other
Insert key on keyboard - Guide
Backslash key mac - Guide
Proline boot menu key ✓ - Windows Forum

just press Fn+Esc and try again.
