Wamp server not clickable

I am installing wampserver latest version in windows 7 laptop. But it is not working. Always in orange color and it is not clickable , and in mouse over display message like 1 of 2 services running - server offline. please help me

Try to uninstall and then remove registration files, after that restart your pc then install it?
