I cannot access to my fb account

Hello,

I am using this FB ID about 8 years. my phone number changed but i didn't update my phone number.it is about 4 days ,i could not enter my FB ID. my email ID ***@*** . my new phone no is removed by moderator


pls. give me some positive fedback.
