Outlook here I come.

I have an account Which I believe was hacked off of facebook. I have 2 other accounts where the cell number have changed and the alternative email is one of the accounts Google claims I cannot prove ownership off, therefore, they will not release them. one is as business account via Gsuite.not acceptable!
What's seems to be a backdoor is that I can access the accounts via Google+. I have added them to my contact lists and can send email, I just can't read the email. I just want to at this point delete the useless accounts. I know I am receiving an email from them as i've been called on it for not responding to my emails? Stuck on Stupid.
