Acer Windows 10 stuck on black screen

Help please. I tried to reset my Acer windows 10 but it failed. After loading up to 45% of reset it showed 'there was a problem resetting you PC." I tried it again but it got stuck in 1% for like 30 mins. So I shut it down.. but when I turned it on it just showed the Acer screen without loading dots then went to black screen. What should I do?

Well, when the bios screen boots, hit DEL or F8, and see if another menu comes up. If it does, then select boot into safe. IF another menu does not come up, there is not much you can do, without reloading the OS.

Always plug the laptop into a power source prior to updates, or upgrades to ensure the PC does not crash (due to power turning off), during the process.
