Delete files from windows 10 system32 folder in Windows 7

How I can delete files inside windows 10 , from windows 7? I keep trying to delete them but I get Error 0x80070780 : The file cannot by accessed by system

Ok, this is complicated. You have to TAKE ownership of the files. Right now, the TRUSTEDINSTALLER has ownership, and it will not allow its files to be deleted. Let us know if you need instructions on file ownership.
