Laptop internet is connected but can't browse

Unable to open browsers on pc despite being connected to internet also have tried another pc but same problem. Ipad works fine

Is it your gateway, or your ISP's? If it is yours, then make certain you IP pool is big enough, or age your adress' with less time to lease. If it is your ISP's, contact them and ask them to get it going, as you pay for tech support.
