My Dell laptop will charge,but wont turn on at all

Hello, my name is andres and the reason for this is because I spilled iced tea on it, I also have another problem with my toshiba laptop( black screen of death), I even did the method to get the screen back on but it still wont work.

I have two different issues for two different laptops and would gladly like advice on one another about how I can get these laptops running again.
