Hi!
I have had my laptop Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series since last December until il February it decided it won't turn on. I clicked the power button but it was useless. Now 3 days ago the same thing happened I took it again tor he technician and I thought the problem was fixed. However this morning the same thing happened, it is as if it is dead!
I am so frustrated, my family has been using Dell and everyone uses it much more than I do so it is not that I am overusing it apart from being brand new!
I don't know what to do.
Did anyone had a similar issue and solved it?
Please!
Thank a lot.

Hello
I suggest that you were sold a lemon. Since it is under warranty I strongly recommend that you return it for an exchange.
Good luck
