Hello,
I used to have a account which now seems to be blocked. There is no way we can talk with you ,because you can't answer any question.i opened a new account which is also blocked,so what is the next step

I am afraid you are barking up the wrong tree.

We are CCM, we have nothing to do with Hotmail now Outlook.com.
