Other sites work but Facebook won't open on my laptop or phone

Hello,
I can get on all sites apart from Facebook, I then tried on my phone and it doesn't open it either. Please help me. I've tried on Firefox & Internet Explorer even though I use Google mainly as I find it best, but none of them are opening.
