Forgot password and don't have the phone number to the account

I no longer have the phone number to my yahoo email and forgotten the password. How can I change the password without the phone number?

You don't!

Always make accounts on a PC or laptop, and add in mobile numbers. You will then be offered more ways to recover your account, if you choose. In the future, always make accounts this way!
