Unfortunately I forget my goggle passward and unable to reset. Kindly help?

I cannot express my feelings of thanks for fixing my email / gmail accounts and passwards. As I am not used to the use of laptop I have learnt from you a lot. You are great people. Now, being an old man and week too, I like to learn excel online. You gaven me the courage to tell you frankly. Can I can some help from you great people.

We have not fixed your email password. When is the last time you successfully accessed your account ?

P.S. CCM does not give Excel lesson online.
