Yahoo mail change phone number

Hello,

I know my old phone number and email but no longer have access; I do have a new number and a new email; but can not get past the "loop" of trying to log in using the old. I need to get to my yahoo account

There is nothing you can do if you created the account on the mobile device you no longer have access to.

Always create accounts on a PC or Laptop (landline IP), and then attach a mobile number to it. That way, you can have multiple ways to recover the account!
