Help - Memory Device wont work

Hello,

ive got a WD memory device and Windows Vista, on the memory device ive got about 15 movies. Lately the device hasnt even been shown in my computer when its plugged in. Im not sure if the memory device is currupt somehow or if its just broken. When its plugged in the light comes on and i can feel whatever it is on the inside spinning so i guess it works. Its just very agrovating when i cant get to my movies.
