Hello,
i have a 500gb external HDD and when i plug it to my new laptop it showed up and work fine and when i plug to my older computer it doesn't and say failed to install driver

Install the driver.
the HDD is normal laptop internal hdd with serial ata external case so i don't have it's driver

Hi,
Have you run antivirus for the drive? It might be possible that drive is not opening due to some kind of virus. I suggest you to run the antivirus and then try to access the drive again.
