Laptop won't turn on

I kept my laptop for 2 month without using it and without removing the battery but eventually it dont come up again pls what is the solution

Plug it in. Does a light come on? No, then take the battery out and hold down the power button for 60 seconds! Put the battery back in, plug it into the wall, and try to boot!
