Lenovo laptop refuses to power on even with the power cable

please my lenovo laptop refuses to switch on even with the power cable plugged in it doesn't produce any light, I pressed the power button it doesn't show any signs of life and I tried removing the battery pressing the power button for 30 secs and putting the power cable etc all works but mid booting it goes off again and refuses to come on. what's responsible for this? and what do I do? my email is removed by moderator
