I have a new dell laptop. During initial set up a screen came up 'Just a moment' with circling dots. This has been happening for over an hour screen hasn't changed.
Help please ?

Be extremely patient, do not turn off your machine as you might corrupt your operating system. It's trying to update. Just leave it run.
