Cant open pen drive

hello im unable to open my pendrve beacuse before somedays i installed usb2.20 software

So, you upgraded your USB firmware? what software are you referring to? Perhaps yu need to uninstall it, or recover your pc to a date prior to when you installed what ever it was you installed.
