Audio wont work on video

i was making a vid about ROBLOX and i tried to play the video (note: my audio was on 20 and it was not on mute) and i didnt hear anything! so i sent a video about it on my YT channel: Jason TGT and in the vid i scanned it and it said everything was fine! PLEASE HELP!

Ok, what software did you use to compile it into the video? Did you shoot the video, then just upload it? If you used a compiler, then make certain you attach an audio track, from the appropriate audio device.
