Can't sign in Yahoo from laptop

Hello, i'm about to burn my laptop i'm so pissed off. I can't recover my yahoo pswd. It won't recognize my phone number or mail. the email is open and working on my iphone and sending and receiving. I need to sign in on my laptop. The help pages are a joke and i have to get in. you can email me or even call ***@*** (203)***.
