Computer turns off while updating

So, my computer turns off while updating at 9%. I turn it back on and it doesn't work, then I have to turn it off manually. I really don't know how to explain it.

Means that you cannot entering your Windows? The only thing that you can do is repairing your Windows by making a bootable drive and then repair it.
