8 letter keys aren't working

Hello,

The u,I,o,p,j,k,l and m aren't working on my laptop.

They happen to all have small numbers on them except from p and the only key that types anything is(a star is typed when p is hit).

What can I do to restore the normal set up of my keyboard?
