Not able to attach file over 500kb in Gmail Closed

Hello, 
I am not able to attach file beyond 500kb in gmajl from 5 days.
Tried everything but nothing worked.
Please help

OK, what type of file is it?  Is it an EXE?  Have you tried to 7zip it, or compress it?
