Cannot delete files from my USB memory stick

Hello,
I cannot delete files from my USB memory stick, also I cannot format it. I am deleting files but when I am reconnecting USB memory stick to PC the file appearing again and again.
What can you advise me!

1. Right-click your USB memory stick and choose Property.
2. Select Tool and click Check now to repair the USB drive.
