I can't log into my old account because my old number is missing

Hello,
I signed in with a tigo number but it is missing and i am using a new line. Please how do i recover my account? I really want my old account. Please help me

This is fugee douglas I can get into my account I tried to change my new number and remove the old one I thought it was removed and my new number someone had it before with an account connected to it so please help me out
