Locked out of Galaxy J7 V phone

I got the new on September 9th. I put a swipe on it to lock the phone and forgot how to unlock the phone using it. since then Verizon has tried to help me 2 times to unlock it. Yesterday I drove 2 hours away from my home to Kennewick Washington and the girl at the store helped me reset the password on it I wrote everything down letter by letter waited 28 hours to open the phone and it said the password was not correct for the gmail account. BUT I used the same gmail and password to get into this so I could send you a message. Can you PLEASE call me on my moms phone to help me with this
