I need help urgently. My Hp pavilion, i3 7th gen just went off and is not responding again. When you connect the charger, it doesn't show its charging. Everything is off

Pull the battery, unplug it from the wall, unplug the power cord from the laptop. PRESS AND HOLD THE POWER BUTTON FOR 60 SECONDS! Put it back together, post back!

Oh, this is a netbook. There is nothing a user can do. Dependent on how long you have had it, it needs a technician, or take it back!

Take it back! Hardware fails within the first 30 days if it is no good! Do not get another one of the same model!
