Hello,

When I try to screen grab, I'm getting a blank/white icon on the desktop. Can somebody please help me to get the correct icons please?

System Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

What command are you using?

To capture the whole screen use; Command-Control-Shift-3.

Please forgive us if you are using that code, as you gave us no details as to HOW you are capturing it, or with what! I fully expect for the question to either change or additional info is to be added, it is understandable!

Have FUN!

Sorry ac3mark - I am trying to screen grab selected parts of the screen (for example: photos) by selecting shift-command-4 (I've also tried shift-control-command-4)and when the icon lands on my desktop, it is blank/white.
I have successfully screen grabbed before on MANY occasions without this happening and I'm wondering if a setting has accidentally been changed - I just don't know! I recently did an Adware scan using Mackeeper and this has happened since I did the scan. Please help!
