No bootable device

Hello,
When i turn on my computer it says no bootable device


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.99

If you are not familiar with the BIOS, take it to a technician. If you are familair, then boot into it, and check what is the bootable device. If it the disk, check the cable on both ends, along with power!
