Automatic download and installation

My gionee GN5001 keeps downloading and installing apps on its own thereby consuming my data. I have tried several ways to stop it through play store settings and in phone settings yet it persists.
What else will I do to stop this.

It still continued. I keep having the apps I didn't authorize downloaded
