WiFi limit sign

Hello guys
I am from pakistan. I guess this is the right place to post this.
OS - Windows 8
Peocessor: i7 (6th grnaration)
Router: Asus

I don't know what went wrong, 3 days back, my pc started to act weird. I couldn't browse the internet. The yellow limit sign is showing in the lower right, where the wifi sign is situated. I can able to use the internet with my mobile. Facebook, yahoo, even my personal site https://vacuumsadvisor.com/, i cannot browse them. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Another weird thing is in this same pc, I can browse internet using android emulator. I play PUBG using emulator, that ran fine.

I re-setup my Windows. Now the problem is solved. But the real problem is, If this happens again, what should I do? I cannot re-setup my windows every time. so please if you could give me a solution to this problem I would be very happy.

another thing to be mentioned, I recently changed my net wire from cat5 to optical. Does this have anything to do with the problem

If this happens again try this,

Open a command prompt window, type ipconfig /release, then Enter. Type in ipconfig /renew, then Enter. Restart the computer.
