Laptop doesn t want to start

Hello guys

i have this problem since 1 year and today i tried again to start my laptop

i want to mention that it starts only plugged in

so when i plug in the charger, the leds for airplane mode, caps lock and bulb are turned on and the laptop doesn t want to start

i teardowned it so many times and nothing new happend. 
someone said that the motherboard is Gg 
Do you think i can do something ?
