1. When presented with the blue error screen, choose 'Advanced options'.
2. Then select 'Troubleshoot'.
3. Next step is to choose 'Advanced Options’.
4. Here, go ahead and select 'Startup Repair'.
Windows will now attempt to fix your startup problem. If this doesn't work, you could try starting in Safe Mode, or doing a System Restore. If you're still having issues, there could potentially be a hardware problem which will need professional help.
