Acer unable to switch between monitors

Hello,
I have an Acer and am unable to switch between monitors. There is no "graphics options/external monitor" available on right click and tried Fn F1-F12 (one and two clicks). HELP anyone please!
On right click Properties, Settings, I am able to select monitor 2, Apply & Save but when I go back in the system has switched back to monitor 1.
Am I missing something?

There might be some essential system files that are missing

on your PC. Please format it and see if the problem gets solved.

Please remember to make back up copy of your database.
