Keyboard not working

Hello,
when i install a fresh window xp then my keyboard is working but when i m going to downlaod anything from internet then my keyboard stops to work,also my mouse stops seldom.what should i do cose i used to install a new window xp on daily basis.i m very very sad of this problem

Dear Shiraz,

It is either a problem with your motherboard or low virtual memory.

Please update them to fix the problem.
