Cant pick up internet through router

Hello,
i have a laptop and i use my router so i can get internet wirelessly. My router has always worked fine until we were moving the desk around and unplugged the router for only 30seconds.Once it was plugged in the exact same way, it wont allow my laptop to pick up internet anymore. It connects to the router but no internet connection is made. please help, i have tryed everything.

Turn off the modem and disconnect the router. unplug the modem and leave it off for 15 Minutes. then plug in the power cord of the modem and turn it back on. then connect the router to the modem.
