I can't even access to the task managerClosed

Hello,
I have the same problem but I can't access the task manager (ctrl alt del doesn't bring the task manager window). I also tryied f8 and start in safe mode and a blue window appears saying that windows has been shut down to prevent damage!!! PleAse help me!!! How can I fix this???

Dear Sir,

Please try pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and if it stills doesn't work, it could be a virus that is causing the trouble. Please carry out a virus and get it removed to have the task manager working.

But how can I remove this virus? My computer doesn't detect anything.
