Product Key required while i on my laptop

Hello,

Whenever i on my laptop an error msg is coming..... "Window vista ultimate product key required"

They are asking my product key....

I have tired the one behind my laptop, however its not working..... Kindly suggest.

My laptop is of sony vio and model number is vgncr12gh/b
