Windows vista problem

Im running windows vista 64 bit on my other computer, and one morning it just wont load up.

After the motherboard load up screen - it goes directly into a black screen and says these words..

" reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

i dont know what to do?

help please

ive downloaded UBCD4WINV350 will that help?

or the windows 64 bit repair disk. torrent from neosmart.net.. will; that help?

i\ve burnt them opn a dvd and will try load from one of them tomorow when i get to my other comp at work..
