Not abel to write Message

Hello,

Recently I got China Made Iphone look like phone in India, It seems good and quality of phone is also good. Only problem I am facing now is not able to type in Message and when ever I go to write message it gives me beep sound. Could you please help me how to overcome with this problem?

Hi there,

Before taking to repair center ,reset it to factory settings by default and then reconfigure handset .
