I can't access my CD drive

Hello,

I'm not sure how to explain this, but according to my laptop I have no CD drive installed. Naturally this means I cannot even open my drive let alone attempt to put in a CD of any sort. Does anyone have any sort of idea about what might be wrong?

I can't access my CD drive
