Hello,

I don't know what happen. When I go into control panel and click sounds and audio devices I can not change any of the settings because the colors are gray, and every thing wash out so when I try and click on something nothing happens. It also says "no audio device" under the volume panel. I don't see what's wrong because I just had sound just yesterday so I don't know what could have happen. I dont know what seem to be the problem and it also said "There may not be sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly." I'm really not good with computer and i tryed almost about every thing there was

* updating the sound card drivers to their latest version
* reinstalling the drive
* reboot the computer
* control panel/Check the device manager
* and a lot more but nothing. someone Please help, please, thanks

Dear Sir,

It might be that the driver that you have installed is not the right one. Please consider finding the right comnpatible driver that you need from the following instructions.
