Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now type the below commands
ipconfig /release --> Press Enter
ipconfig /renew --> Press Enter

Try this 1
Turn off your modem\router and after a while turn it ON. If you are using a wireless network then make sure you have a secure network.
