About Asus Netbook Help!!

Hello,

When i turn on my asus netbook, it will turn on but i need to choose among 4 choices like "safe mode, start windows normally and etc." even i choose one of them, one thing is always happened, it will always restart, after the windows is loading, there is a blue screen pop out and then restart automatically and vice versa. What am i suppose to do? Please i need an answer from you guys. =) i need my netbook because i'm a 1st year college, and i'm taken the IT course.

When i turn it on, and it turn on and before i choose among those 4 choices it is written that "Windows is not successfully loading" What does that mean?
