Transcend 2G phone MicroSD can't be formatted

Hello,
I have a Transcend 2G phone microSD card which not working in phone and needs password , also in ramreader device and it say's " unknown device "
While formatting with TRANSCEND AUTO FORMAT TOOL or other simillar tools , no result again .
Please help me if there is soloution .

Hi,

if there is a password on it then you need to remove it before formatting it as it will not be detected if connected to any computer system, Removal instructions on link below:
