I unable to enable an administrator account

Hello,

I have disabled an administrator account, now i am unable to enable it. Beacuse there is not available user rights. Please help me

There is not available another administrator account. So without format this is posible!

Hi,

Get in any other available Admin account then manage account you want to make it administrator else format pc if not available.
